How do I make a purchase? Visit our store, select the desired product, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and complete your payment through our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store? No. We sell exclusively online to ensure the best prices for our customers.
Do you ship to my country? Yes. We ship to most English and Spanish-speaking countries, as well as Europe. Shipping options will appear at checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is between 5 and 12 business days, depending on the destination and logistics operator.
What are the payment methods? We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available on supported devices.
Can I pay with cash on delivery? At this time, we do not. All payments are processed online through the methods mentioned above.
Can I change my order or address? We can only edit or cancel an order before it has been processed. If you need an update, contact us immediately at muzzabusato@gmail.com. Once dispatched, modifications are no longer possible.
Where do the products come from? We work with logistics centers in various countries (USA, Europe, and Asia) and ship from the most efficient warehouse based on your location.
I only received part of my order; is this normal? Yes. If your order includes products from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking codes.
What if my delivery is delayed? Check your status with the tracking code. If the 12-business-day estimate has passed, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
